Every year the Phinney Ridge Neighborhood Association organizes a neighborhood garage sale extravaganza. It ranks right up there with Christmas around our house. We started the day with bagels and coffee and friends at our house, and headed up the hill to shop. Garage sales every which way you look, what could be better?
